Michael moved to Northeast Florida in 1973 to attend Jacksonville University. After graduation, he began his real estate career with a residential builder and became sales manager. He is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the St. Johns County Board of Realtors. As owner of Harrigan Properties, Inc., a full service real estate company with several real estate associates, he has been involved with dozens of commercial and residential developments throughout Duval and St. Johns County over the past three decades. Michael is the father of two children, attending college in Tallahassee and Gainesville, FL.
