Nardy, a State Certified General Contractor, has been a resident of Florida since 1969. He holds a BS Degree from the US Naval Academy and a MA Degree from Central Michigan University. After leaving the US Navy as a Naval Aviator, he started his construction business in 1976. Since that time, he has developed and built numerous Commercial and Residential projects in the Jacksonville Area. He has expertise in all facets of the real estate development and construction business. His vast experience includes numerous commercial strip centers, medical clinics, dental offices, commercial banks, an interactive zoo, custom homes, residential single-family subdivisions, and town-home subdivisions. He is married and the father of three children.
